There are two ways to join our team – as a full-time employee or as a Consulting Affiliate. Our Consulting Affiliate program provides a flexible working arrangement for individuals not seeking full time employment. This allows BioPharma Alliance to utilize specialized skill sets as needed to round out consulting teams for each engagement, without the burden of additional overhead. This keeps our costs down which helps to keep our pricing competitive. It has the dual benefit of providing flexible working arrangements for individuals who for whatever reason do not want to be engaged on a full-time basis. We are currently accepting applications for Consultants / Senior Consultants as well as Consulting Affiliates.

The candidates that we are seeking will have substantial sales and / or marketing experience working in pharmaceutical or biotechnology company, and, ideally, experience working in a top-tier professional services firm. We also value experience in promotion management, market research, and customer relationship management.
